simple anecdotal evidence in favor of HIGH GI in the famed PWO debate

    Hey Guys,

Theres too many of these oatmeal vs dextrose debates out there. Dorian yates used whey and malto post workout and he was the best in the world. At his level of competition, every single detail factored into the win, and he won 8 times. Countless other bodybuilders such as Zack Khan do the same. Why wouldnt you?

You said it in the title: simple and anecdotal. Consequently not even worth discussing.
