    Ive been craving for a dessert, but im working out so sweet are prohibited....what dessert that i can have that less sugar????

    Why are sweets prohibited? If you want something sweet with sugar, then why not try having a bowl of fruit. Or you can make a smoothie with ice, yoghurt, fruit or berries, protein powder or BCAAs, and VitaBerry (getting your berries and antioxidants with that, and it contains no artificial sweeteners or flavours). Or you could try just fruit and yoghurt, or mixing VitaBerry in with plain yoghurt. So many options out there, all of which contain little sugar and can satisfy a sweet tooth.

  3. Chocolate Milk Combat Powder from Muscle Pharm + a little bit of cold water taste just like chocolate jello pudding. Other options include mixing a sugar free pudding mix with a casein based protein or hood calorie countdown milk, sugar free jello and cool whip, microwaved apples with a bit of cinnamon+splenda. You just have to be creative and play around a little bit.
