    Almonds, walnuts, pecans and macadamia nuts all have a glycemic load of 0 in 1 cup servings which is much more than most would eat in a sitting. Pistachios have a GL of 4 for a 1 cup serving. If you're talking about how much insulin is released you'll need to reference the Insulin Index which is hard to find.
