    From my reading, I've found wines that are produced from muscadine grapes have a higher % of resveratol

    If you want super healthy, don't drink alcohol at all.

    If you just want a drink or two, have whatever you would enjoy most and be done with it. Nothing wrong with a couple of drinks every now and then.

    You could but resveratrol supplement and get more of the good stuff from wine without getting the negative effects

    I think resverattol supps are a waste of money, I just dont believe that they get into ones blood to make any diff. Unless you can get straight to the blood
