I am pretty pro Paleo style diet myself. Probably pick up that book if its not too expensive to have in my collection.

yea definitely. rodja does it too and he got me eating red potatoes post workout for glycogen, much better recovery. its so hard to lift/train mma and eat zero complex carbs.

I've never really followed any "diet" per se, but this is very close to what it says works for my Blood Type, and I know for sure that such a nutritional regime works best for MY body in how I feel and look.

Straight Paleo as a performance athlete is near impsossible, but adding in the tubers really, really makes the difference.
