I'm hoping some of you who are much wiser than I can tell me some good pre-training meals to eat. Since I'm a bigger guy I tend to eat just about anything I want throughout the day, except I try to keep breakfast good. If it's any help, here's a sample of what I typically eat in a day before training:

Breakfast:
4 eggs scrambled
4-6 pieces thick bacon
4 slices toast
1 cup apple sauce
1-2 glasses skim milk

2 hours later
Snack:
Clif Bar mini
Peanut Butter Sandwich

2 hrs
Lunch:
Bologne Sandwich w/Mayo
Chips
Water or Gatorade
L-Glutamine

2 hrs
Snack/Pre-train:
Clif bar mini
Ritz cracker w/pepporoni slices
1.5 scoop Jack3d
Water
