5 foods for our general purpose?

  1. 5 foods for our general purpose?


    As far as bodybuilding and the weight loss associated with it, what 5 foods do you feel are the most important? Or if you were limited to ONLY 5 foods, what would they be? Supplements and water are not included here.
    Meat and veggies is too general. WHAT meat? WHAT vegetable?
    I think mine would be:
    Chicken
    Oatmeal
    Tuna
    Spinach
    Sweet Potato

    Steak
    Rice
    eggs

  3. Chicken
    Steak
    Oats
    Asparagus
    Almonds

    This just made me realize how happy I am to NOT be limited to only 5 foods.

  4. Don't forget milk and cheese! Fish, greens and coconut products, too!

    Chicken (ground or breast meat)
    Rice Noodles
    Blueberries
    Broccoli
    M.Ed. Ex Phys


  6. Oats
    Broccoli
    Chicken Breast
    Eggs
    Milk

    Five is waaaayyyy to few for me to give props to tho... I love my steak & natty PB on whole wheat!

    I agree though. Five is way to few choices.

    1% cottage cheese
