Late Night Meals

  1. Late Night Meals


    Does anybody wake up at about 2:00 a.m. to eat a meal? Im thinking about doing this to stay as anabolic as possible

  3. Personally i wouldnt mess up your sleep patterns and you want the most hours of sleep in REM for best recovery and GH release. Cause the more time you spend in REM the better and by waking yourself more then likely right in it your not getting as much.

    you can eat all day, sleep is generally limited. Rest up the benefits from that meal aren't going to make up for the disruption in sleep.

  5. It depends, what your losing is disrupted growth hormone release probally. Best things to eat are lowcarb casien shake, or any lowcarb protein source.

    Probodybuilders are known to set their clocks, and wake up to eat something, but they have so much muscle, they are worried about losing it. plus they take GH.

  8. What I do is leave a cup with sum protein in it by the bathroom and when I wake up to pee I drink a shake.
