I am trying to watch my cholesterol intake which from what I found should be no more than 200-300 mg a day. What do you eat for breakfast to do that? 1 egg is over 200mg and I typically eat 2 whole eggs and 4 whites every day. Is there an alternative or a suppliment to offset cholesterol intake?

What is your actual cholesterol levels? There is plenty of debate that dietary cholesterol doesn't actually increase blood cholesterol levels. Are you watching your intake because of doctor's recommendations or just because?

I don't know what my current level is, but I 'm scheduled to get it checked. In the past it has been high. I guess recently I realize that I was eating eggs 7 days a week with anywhere from 1 to 3 hole eggs in with additional whites. So I am getting paranoid I guess and thought I'd see if there were any good alternatives to eggs avery A.M.

science is moving towards more than excess cholesterol in the body is a condition rather than high intake of cholesterol. It means that there is high cholesterol in the blood (produced by liver and perhaps consumed) yet not a lot is being used (in processes such as conversion to testosterone).

I'd worry more about the foods that raise cholesterol production than foods that contain the molecule.
