what is everybodies take on cheese?
I have heard both sides that it is the worst junk food and also that its a staple to many people diets
Like anything else, it's fine in moderation. And often delicious.
Most cheese is high in saturated fat, which helps with test levels. Just don't eat a whole wheel of it.

If you're trying to lose fat, I think cheese is best left out of your diet...
