    Yeah I have a bit of a hate-on for T-nation. One giant infomercial if you ask me.

  10. I like the part about the olive oil shooters. i was already doing that with one of my daily protein shakes before reading this artice. My wife would walk into the room and be like "WTF are you doing drinking olive oil, thats disgusting!"

  11. i like my way of bulking.

    protein and fat for a little under maintence and then add carbs around your 3 meals of workout pre post and post 2

    adjust from there.
