  1. What did/are you have/ing for lunch?


    Just made a big, juicy 14oz. deer steak, with a spinach salad. I was gonna put a picture up, but I can't find the camera...I think the wife has it...

    What'd you guys have?

  4. Depending on the what the sh***y dorm cafeteria is having today, we're looking at a huge helping of veggies, some lean meat cuts (hopefully... i'm crossing my fingers for this one) and two huge glasses of skim milk

  9. And I forgot to mention that I'm washing the steak down with some homemade peppermint green iced tea.

    I'm bulking, but I keep my carbs to a minimum on non-workout days, and up my fats...I'm very carb sensitive.

    Shrimp is awesome for raising good cholesterol.

    Good sea food in general is great. I can see why Whales evolved into Sea Creatures.

  15. we've got an einstein bagels on campus as part of our meal plan, today I had double meat turkey club on asiago bagel. Mmmmmmmm

    That was after playing 1.5 hours of tennis, normally I'll get double meat tasty turkey, no cream cheese, extra tomato, on wheat/rye bread.

  16. 4 strips london broil, drowned in A1 sauce,.. accompanied by corn and mashed potatoes!!!
    Think training's hard,. try losing!

  17. Indian food... More specifically Indian Buffet. Needless to say I ate about 2 days worth of calories in one meal. BUT IT WAS SOO GOOD

    haha...buffets are always good, once in a while. I get Chinese like once or twice a month, and I'm always curious as to how much sodium I'm consuming when I eat there.

    Anyways, I'm hungry. Time to go eat again. lol

  19. 2 cans of tuna mixed with an egg, dijon mustard, garlic powder, chili powder and paprika. fry 'er up and your set to go!

  20. Dinner for me tonight was a huge salmon fillet...it was probably close to a 12-16oz after cooking, and then some carrots and peas, and a spinach salad.
