Healthy breakfast alternatives?!
The aholes in my office at work complain about the smell of my eggs when I come in in the morning and cook up my egg whites in the microwave in the kitchen, they say it smells like rotten eggs and I have to stop. Like I like smeling their fried onions on their fatty, greasy breakfast sandwhiches!!! But in any case, I can no longer have my egg whites when I get to work in the morning and was wondering what other alternatives there are to a low carb breakfast...

I would prepare my breakfast before going to work. Not sure if your schedule allows, but why not eat at home before going to work?

hahaha I may lose my job if I say that!!!
I normally do use the egg beaters because it's difficult bringing whole eggs on the train. And I guess I could eat before I leave but 2 reason I don't is because it already takes me over an hour to get to work due to a long commute into the city via train and also because I'm currently taking amphetalean which says to take on an empty stomach 30 minutes before a meal. So I usually pop that on in before getting on the train then it's exactly 30 minutes until I get to the office and then I'm able to cook the eggs, but these as**oles won't get off my back about the smell.
My only alternative I guess would be some kind of oatmeal?! Like I said I'm cutting and going pretty low on carbs and didn't want to have to eat the oats but if I do is morning the best time to have to eat them if I must?
Any delicious ways to eat the all natural oats, not the quaker instant flavored kind?

could do cottage cheese, low carb and good protein. beef jerky is another choice, not quite as cool for breakfast. could roll up pieces of ham + cheese and have them.

You could try that egg white protein drink. Or the oatmeal with 2 scoops of protein powder mixed in it.

Your best bet, if you want to stick with eggs, is Egg Beaters.

I wouldn't let them push you around. Bring in an aerosol bottle like Febreeze or Axe, and say if they complain you will just start spraying it. It might make them think twice before complaining about the egg smell

I cook my eggs the night before and take them in tupperware.. heat a bit and eat

Another option is to change your food if you still feel you must stick to your schedule. I suggest switching to cottege cheese. Or cooking an omlet to eliminate the need to cook eggs at work (do you seriously do this s*** on the clock? I bet you're gonna be up for promotion in no time at all). Or you could consider a protein shake (since most supervisors, managers and upper-level CEO's aren't down with you cooking eggs in the microwave in the break room because you don't feel like getting up earlier to eat at home). You could consider low-fat cheese as a possible option (very high in cassein protein, very filling, low fat and low carb- all excellent traits).
Or, if these ideas that you could have thought of completely on your own don't work for you, you could try this; Let the rumors surface their way to management and look like a complete f***ing lunatic, be the next in line to get fired when cut-backs inevitably occur, go online to a bodybuilding message board and bitch about your co-workers and their insensitivity toward your diet. When you recieve answers like "bring axe in and threaten them BRO" and "TELL THEM THEY'RE FAT BRO LOL OMG!!!!!111 HIGH FIVES!!!!11" reaffirm your decision to cook eggs in the microwave at work. See how long your job lasts you and cry when you don't have the ability to pay for luxury items, like a gym membership. Or complain to your family and friends when you're the last to be promoted. I doubt any of this looks good to your supervisors, but who cares, they're just haters because you're so ripped.
Seriously, is it that big of a deal that you need to post an urgent message on a message board?
Work around it. Your job is probably what supports your ability be an athlete in the first place- not the other way around.

That entire post was worthless and wasted my time, thanks a lot pal. You took all of that time to write out a sarcastic 3 paragraph nonsensical response that didn't do anyone any good besides reaffirm the fact that you are obviously the "bro" here and can't just give a helpful response like the people before you have. I appreciate the attempt at being funny though, being a comedian myself I appreciate humor, even at it's lowest form which is what you have just provided for us. Again, many thanks.

Why don't you just tell your boss that you're a bodybuilder and it's not his business what you do at work (I'm assuming he already knows, since you're so hardcore you cook eggs in a F***ING MICROWAVE AT WORK)? I can't f***ing believe this. I gave you gold and you give me s*** in return. I sincerely thought that my post was the most helpful response you'd gotten in this entire thread. I honestly expected reputation for this. Good luck with your career. I apologize if I seemed "mean" to you during my post. If you managed to extract some humor from my tongue-in-cheek post, great. Anyway, I sincerely thought someone might appreciate my post, being as I often strive to be a helpful, productive member of this board. I was hoping someone would at least partially agree, that maybe work isn't the place to cook eggs in a microwave. I would assume that SOMEONE here has a job that is important enough to them that they would agree with my perspective and re-enforce what I suggest in the first place- That maybe you're doing more harm to your career, than you're doing GOOD for your body, by cooking eggs in the employee lunch room at work in a microwave.
In any case, I sincerely apologize to those of you who feel that I've come across as crass or sarcastic. I didn't anticipate negative reactions to what I thought to be a helpful post. I simply offered what i felt would be helpful feedback from a manager's perspective. Again, I apologize.

i was thinking lana's egg whites raw. since they are salmonella free, you can mix in some protein powder for flavor and some grinded up oats...
that also leads me to wonder, how's the digestability of egg whites raw? I heard different cooking, even non-cooking changes the bioavailability of the egg protein.

Even if you are low-carbing, eating a few carbs for breakfast is alrite. Oatmeal is fine along with a shake if you want. Cottage cheese, pieces of lean meat(steak, grilled chicken), precooked turkey sausage and bacon you can just nuke in the microwave are a few options.
