Please critique my Breakfast!

    I eat this every morning and am friggen hooked on it! I've broken down the macros. My Stats are as follows:

    Height: 6'8"
    Weight: 245lbs

    My Breakfast


    Calories Fat Protein Carbs Fiber

    Oats (1 Cup) 300 6 10 54 8
    Protein (2 scoops) 216 4 44 4 -
    Walnuts (1/4 Cup) 200 20 5 4 2
    Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp) 50 1 4 6 2
    Flax Meal (2 Tbsp) 80 5 3 5 4
    Cinnamon (1 Tbsp) 0 - - - -
    Water (To Taste) 0 - - - -

    TOTALS 846 36 66 73 16


  2. Looks very healthy Do you use Cinnamon Bun protein to go with the cinnamon?

    Yes good breakfast
    i have oatmeal made part milk part water .i usually cut up a banana or bluberries and grapes .I add wheatgerm and cinnamon In addition i add one teaspoon of leucine about 5 gms, about 3 gms of taurine, 3 gms of AAKG, approx 1 gm of NAC, 1GM of acetyl l carnitine and about 30gms of a protein blend

    This is then followed by poached egg on toast with grilled mushroom and tomatoes.
    ---and a cup of good old english tea

    Haha damn straight! ATW Cinnamon Bun and oatmeal go together like Peanut Butter and Jelly.

    The oats would way over power the flavor of the cinnamon bun protein.

    Yes all in a bowl. Hot water if I have time. Cold water if I don't. It tastes great either way!

    Nope 2 Scoops of the protein provide more than ample sweetness. And the cinnamon provides a flavor that ordinary vanilla protein just can't match
