9 Days after order, still no package

I placed an order on July 7th, I ordered 5 products. I still haven't received it. Is it suppose to take this long, or did I get screwed? Ha :]

orders have been taking longer than usual to ship due to the heavy volume of orders from the July 4th sale. sorry for the delay.
you should have recieved a tracking # once you placed your order.
you can log into your account at the NP site and view your order history - clicking on the tracking # there should tell you where your package currently is.
