im thinking of purchasing this also, i was wondering ..how can i mix this ?

in a drink or just in water ?

ive took the pills before but wanted to try powder now.

you can mix it in water.
however, it doesn't disolve easily and it tastes quite horrible.
a warm liquid may help mixability.

but powder is cheaper and has a higher absorbance rate than pill form. so you may require less.

b5 is the most terrible thing Ive ever mixed and drank before. I had to cap it when I took it.

Horrid and not very soluble...but very cost effective in powder form.

Mouth full of water or flavored drink of choice, scoop in a table spoon of powder, chase it back with a shot of water or flavored drink of choice.

yeah, i use the same method for dosing disgusting tasting powders.
it's still not painless but easier than choking down a nasty drink.
it also took me a little work to get the right technique. at first i was choking and blowing powder everywhere.

recieved it today and tried hank's method .. hmhh mixes pretty well actually in my country lime flavor drink .. i mixed in only 2tablespoons= 4g .. and i did get a chunk in my mouth.. and it was horribleeeeeeeeeee ..iono how you jus throw this shyt back greg .. yuckkkk ..but it does mixes pretty well in my drink

redneck bulk powder dosing - (grexx's preferred lazy-ass method)

throw a scoop of powder as far back in your mouth as possible....try to get as little on your tongue as possible to minimize taste.

do not enhale during this process othewise you will blow powder and end up coughing for several minutes.

immediatly (and i mean as soon as humanly possible!!!) chase with liquid (water works fine). don't be afraid to use too much liquid.
