Incase you dont know R4W is GET DIESEL's the pre-workout energizer that can hold its own against ANY pre-workout sup. out, and Coq DIESEL (as the name implies) is our herbal libido/erection enhancing formula.

Each sample is 6 capsules which is about 2 full servings of R4W and a few servings of Coq DIESEL.

lol yea i was singing i feel good in the shower but when i got to theweights there was no feel good at all!

def start at 1 R4W then go up....also some people it works better taken abou 1 hour and 15 preworkout if u dont workout in the am.

when i use it I take 1 r4w 4 hours pre-workout and 2 (1.5 hours pre-workout) but it takes everything forever to "kick in" with me unless i take it first thing am..

Its just or should be customary to provide feedback on any free sample you recieve for any product. It helps other consumers good or bad. Esp. with free samples you only get if u ask for them.

I tried my R4W today and I defiantly enjoyed it. It was not a normal stimulant feeling, more of a focused steady energy. Enhanced my mood greatly, but did not make me jittery or anything. Very little appetite after taking it and did not have a crash, it just wore off slowly after a few hours.

I used three caps, Also I put a review up on nutraplanet, but it is not showing up yet. I am going to try the other three caps this week first thing in the morning and see if I get a stronger rush.

for me when I take 3 after 3pm, I get energy for about 3 hours solid but Im alert till like 3am.....when i take 3 am, it hits me much faster and the energy is till' the pm....but thanks for the freeback.

I think people are use to "stimulants" = "jitter pills"

Like most people gauge how a stim product works by how cracked out they feel.

I am very used to stimulants and I usually need very high doses to feel the effects. The last two days I used only one cap an hour before my work out and had nice clean energy. for about 4 hours and best of all no crash!
Wed I'm going to try 2 caps.

I requested samples of both Coq Deisel and R4W but didn't recieve them in the order I recieved today. I was looking forward to tryin them out.:think:

I used my samples of r4w. Unfortunately I don't think I used them to full efficacy. I just read that insulin blocks yohimbe's action, and I took with carbs . I took 3 caps Thurs and Sat before my workouts. I got a little gittery but was fine once I started moving. I did feel warmer, but not significantly so. I did have a bit more energy and was able to push a little harder with less perceived effort. I like it, but didn't quite get the effect I was hoping for thermogenically wise. This isn't final judgement by me of this product by any means as they were just samples and I could have used them a little more effectively. Not bad for samples all in all.

I would like to try this again without taking carbs to judge the effect, but I see there is a new version coming so I will wait and try that in a little while

Update: OMG. Thats all I can say. I was getting into bed to sleep and all of a sudden I had a raging libido that would not let me sleep. It was even stronger than the first time I used DT2010. I never felt that on the first dose, or really any time throughout the day. I know it has test booster qualities and that Yohimbe has been used for ED, but WOW, was not expecting that. It lasted about an hour until the burritos I'd eaten earlier came back to haunt me the rest of the night.

hey guys i got my coq diesel sample and tried it yesterday. here is some info with you guys will find to be too much information. I used to watch porn alot so it takes alot to get my turned on, I guess I'm desentisized so I took two caps of coq diesel two hours before this chick came over and it works as advertised. I went three times and could have gone again but someone came into the room so she ended up leaving. I'm still feeling the effects in the morning. I want to see how a full dose would work. I waiting for the new version to come out before i pick up a bottle. No headaches or discomfort, I did have bad gas in the morning but I dont know the coq diesel had anything to do with it. I ordered one pill of aspire and when it comes i'll compare the two. if you guys have some questions that i could answer let me know. thanks for the samples diesel that was cool of you.
