Error on the coding for Fed Ex?

I know that the new web is just up, and added the items I was planning to purchase back into the cart again. But unfortunately I can not place my order, because the free Fed Ex option is not there or any Fed Ex option.
Will this be fixed soon?

I also had a problem with shipping (order No 609). Although the order value was more than USD 250.00, I was still charged USD 6.00 for shipping! Should have been free shipping for orders over USD 199.00. These are usual, though irritating, issues that accompany platform changes. I am sure NutraPlanet will fix this fast.
 
Sorry apparently the FedEx system broke over the night, It is now working. It looks like there was an error in the implementation of the free shipping setup.

strategicmove, I took care of your order and refunded the $6.00 shipping charges to your credit card.
