Need help with a return

Can anyone here help me with a returned product w/ Nutraplanet? Three weeks have gone by with no refund. I emailed Nutraplanet a few more times with no response. I can provide all the info via PM including a tracking # which shows it was delivered.

I actually never opened the package so all my info should've been inside.

I hope they respond to you. I have been waiting 3 months. I even talk to a rep for nutraplanet on here that said they would check but never got back to me.
