An issue with a recent order

Hi there,

I can't seem to find any mechanism on the Nutraplanet website to contact you, so I have raised a post here. I placed an order recently for the 180 cap bottle of Sesamin. When I opened the bottle this week, all the soft gels were stuck together and I've not been able to prize them apart using various utensils. I will be placing another order on the website soon, could I receive a replacement bottle for free in my next order?
