What's the point of having a contact us section?

I have send multiple inquiries through the contact us section in Nurtaplanet website. Days passed and not a single reply is received. Seriously?

I generally hear very good feedback from people using that feature, however if for some reason you haven't received a reply it might be time to try calling in, they can get you sorted out right then and there.

I live in Singapore therefore messaging is the preferred method over phone.

Ive tried calling in and every time I select an option my line is immediately disconnected. Is that a common issue?

No it isn't. Are you dialling domestically or VoIP? Either way I've not experienced this although I did hear about one person having trouble with the phone but called back and was fine.

This is rare.. most people do not have issues with it.
