The directions say to take a serving before bed. Since this is essentially 3 pills of originally erase plus L-Dopa, I'm assuming it would be fine to take this first thing in the morning.

L-Dopa containing products typically prevent me from sleeping.

Most likely.. Depends on the %extract tho, as they illicit different effects.. Some r standardized to induce sleep, I believe

You can feel free to split the dose if you like. For instance 1 cap AM and 1 cap PM .

I wouldn't be utilizing it for PCT, so I would probably be fine on 1 cap in the AM, since I enjoyed the original Erase at 1-2 caps in the AM.

I went with 2 bottles plus 25g Na-R-ALA (later wasn't on sale, but it's always a good price )

I'm sure the effects will be similar to Erase.

I plan on dosing 1-2 in the AM.
