Ordered 2 today to go with 2 of the rest (above) so in a couple weeks I will be doing 8 weeks of everything. Any dosing recommendations?

This is the dosing I like to follow, pretty much the same as the bottles say but +1 cap of Division 1 a day.

Formula-X- 1 scoop pre-workouts, on non-workout days take 1 scoop in the morning or before bed.

TitaniumXL- Take 2 caps before your first meal and another 2 caps 12 hours later.

Division 1- 1 cap, 4x a day split up


If you plan running Licogenix as well there is 2 different dosing protocols,

Dosing #1- 2 caps in the morning, 2 caps 12 hours later. OR Dosing#2- 2 caps in the morning, mid day and before bed.

Not only is the scooper issue fixed, but to me seems like it tastes even better and the mixing is now perfect, INSTANTLY mixes!!!

If anyone wants to see how well the new improved Formula-X mixes check out this vid. I know he shaked it for about 12 sec's, but it would have mixed with in a few shakes. We will get another video soon with a comparison of the old and new version.

If running six caps, are you better doing 2/2/2. I am doing it 3/3.

Also what is the reasoning behind mixing Formula X with lukewarm water. I can vouch for the fact that it mixes in 3-4 shakes with no residue and taste is excellent.

The warm watter does not apply to this new formula, it was to help the BCAA's break up, but we improved it now that it mixes great with cold water.

The 2/2/2 dosing or 3/3 is fine.
