Bulk EAA Discontinued! Why?

I have been trying to get an answer on when Bulk EAA would be back in stock and for almost 2 months never got an answer so now I've seen its bee discontinued and am curious as to why and if there will be a new version taking its place it's a staple for me and I've used it for years so whats the deal?:wtf1:
