Usually when I purchase an item on NP it ships that day or the next, and since I'm only one state away it gets to me in 1 day (the reason I purchase from NP).
For some reason, the order I placed on 05/16 still shows as being "processed". I've emailed the address in the Contact us section about it and was told my order was picked up and it would ship out that day (yesterday). It is now 7:00PM EST and my status still shows processing. I emailed again and asked for the order to just be canceled so I could purchase it from somewhere else, but I've only gotten 2 automated emails back so far. Can someone help me with this please?
