An issue with my order...
I received my order within 2 days as usual...awesome to say the least.
Unfortunately though, my bottle of Eviscerate was busted, and leaked out into the entire box. I was kind of surprised to see it not wrapped in anything, seeing as how it lacks sealed plastic around it. It was just rolling around free in the box...
Anyhow, the only other item that was damaged from the Eviscerate was the FidOmega's I got for my dog.
I went ahead and emailed Rene. He's good people, so I image he'll help me out. I guess I just wanted to point out/request that maybe you guys wrap up the Eviscerate, or any other item lacking a plastic seal that could potentially leak or bust open.
Order #76960

So everything is being dealt with about getting your a replacement correct?
I agree on the wrapping (napalm is usually always shipped in a zip lock bag in case of leakage, so I am not sure why eviscerate is different).
Also curious, this your first purchase of the FidOmegas?

I haven't heard back from Rene as of yet but I assume he'll get to me soon enough.
This is my 2nd go around with FidOmegas. It's quite humorous really...I have a 6 month old puppy and her regular treats she's just like yeah whatever...but she goes ape sh*t over the FidOmega's lol. She takes the treat and takes it over to the corner and plays with it. Caresses it and paws it around.

Wow, sounds like my dog with Greenies (I swear to god they are crack for dogs). Next order of mine is going to have to include some Fids.

I'm good. Tim and Rene actually both replied. I was credited for the Eviscerate and they are sending me another FidOmega bag.
Thanks NP.
