NP bulk Cissus % ?

Quick question here; I searched and found a lot of cissus threads, and some older threads (over a year old) where Nutra's bulk cissus was 5%

Is the regular bulk still 5% ??

Dosing; I've read around the 2 gram mark for tendon healing.
About how many tightly packed "00" caps are we talking here to equate 2 grams...

(lol, as Im wondering if the spoon in my hand is tbls or tsp, and how high should this powder pile up above the spoon)

you should be able to fit ~1/4 teaspoon (700mg of powder) into a single 00 cap.

I get just over 600mg tightly packed into a single "0" cap. Their bulk cissus is NIIIIIICE on my joints.

Yep. I get roughtly 625 mg in a 00 cap. I'll use 4 caps a day for maintenance or up to 8 caps a day if I'm on a bulk with strength skyrocketing

Considering capped 5% goes for roughly 30.00 for 130g in the form of osteobolin-c, this is a steal. 1.5 x price for almost 4 x the amount.
