I've been purchasing NP's CLA dosing at about 6 to 8 grams a day, and have just re-ordered a big batch.
On the M&M forums there's a good discussion about you having good results with the CLA, I'm curious as to two things:
1.) Is this CLA with the 10 and 12 isomers they rave about?
and also
2.) What is/was your dosing schedule like to get the maximum benefits from it?
ok, I lied, one more question:
3.) is stacking with Fish Oil (NP's bulk brand) a good idea? I've been doing 2 caps Omega 3, 2 caps CLA 3 times a day and sometimes pre-bed.
