If you are in hurry to order, you could just use Sulbutiamine Caps (100 caps) By: NutraPlanet , Caffeine NutraTabs (100 tabs) By: NutraPlanet and Geranium Extract (60 mg/100 caps) By: NutraPlanet although we don't carry the epimedium.

Your germanium is a different extract. I've used the extract used in CZ, in the IBE Matrix drink, and LOVED it.

Not saying the NP extract is bad, I'm just hesitant to try alternate versions, after being burned too many times by ineffective products.

Strength is there, but not the aggression. Dialled in focus is what it's about. I find the geranium gives more of a happy buzz for me - Zap + ReCreate are a knockout combo (sweat and grinning stack haha!)

Ideally:

2 caps - bounce around the house, do some gardening, take the dog for a walk, chat to pretty girls in the street.

4 caps - optimum workout dosage, 45-60 minutes rather than the prescribed 30min. Sharp focus, dialed in, great thermo - more of a nice take off and landing rather than a rocket and dodgy paracute. (If that make sense?)

6 caps - too intense - don't do it unless you have an incredibly high tolerance to stims (I thought I did)
