Thinking about getting it too. Never tried it. I hope it would be good. Kind of like fish oil + 1,000 things....all good fats/oils. Looks nice

If I didn't have 1000's of NP's fish oil caps here, I'd consider trying some. Also I love the taste of ground flaxseeds, but EFA's are very important no doubt.
