Phenibut withdrawal

So I took a hefty dose of phenibut two nights ago. It was 5 grams weighed out. I know that's a lot but I've experimented with 2-3 grams and I don't feel much. 5 grams gave me great sleep and a sense of well being the next day. Then last night after dinner I got extreme body aches and head aches. Lasted all night and I couldn't sleep. I have been lifting hard the past 4 days and all my muscles were painfully sore and joints ached terrible last night. Thought I had the flu but it's gone today and I fee normal again. Anyone else experience a phenibut hangover with body aches like this?

Phenibut hangover is up there with the worst feelings I have experienced- worse than MDMA. Even after one dose, I get depressed and anxious for 3-4 days following and lose motivation for the remainder of the week. It is very harsh for me.

I didn't get depressed or anxious just 24 hours later had intense body aches..... weird

I would bin that ****. That is not a supplement. It is a nasty Russian drug.
