Hello all,
I am in college and looking for the cognitive benefits from nootropics and receiving better sleep without being foggy the next day. I have been doing some research and am looking at the following, however, it seems like quite a bit and I was wondering if anyone had any concerns with supps interacting with each other or anything like that.
I am also prescribed and take adderall xr almost daily.
idebenone 150 mg/day (morning)
N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine 350 mg/day (morning)
noopept 10mg/day (morning)
Alpha-GPC 300mg 2x/day (morning and before bed)
Creatine HCL 750mg/day (morning)
Glycine 1g/day (before bed)
L-Theanine 200mg/day (before bed)
Ashwagandha 500 mg 2x/day (2.5% withanolides) (morning)
Melatonin 500mcg/day (before bed)
resveratrol 250mg/day (before bed)
D- Aspartic Acid 3g/day (morning)
Does anyone have any concerns about anything? (dosing, timing, etc.)
