    DB ext

    40 x 7 x 8 ( 30 sec rest)


    Hammer curls

    55 x 4 x 8



    **** Before workout 3 T-Blast, 3 Swoll-N and 2 scoops of Supp-D~~~ After workout 2 scoops of Recover-D****

    Mini bands attached to power cage.. took 30 lbs off of chest! This allows for a lil overload~~

  4. You know I'm gunna support you Brotha. So you take 3 t-blast before workout and not all 6 is that correct. Because I think I posted in reference to how you said to dose it, I said does 6 so I'm gunna. Lol apparently I didn't see that so I'm sorry if you see that post haha. Also You start a log with me while were bothe using NLA products to push are selfs a little more and to give feedback on our products. We could post it on the training section. Are ya with me!

    Normally 6 before workout!! On off days 3 in am and 3 in pm.. But in my gym bag in had old bottle.. only had 3 left.. other bottle at home!!!



    Lets start posting training sessions!!! Im getting ready for Natural Nationals in Feb!!!

    I new I read you take 6, hell yeah! Let's start on Monday. Because I will have all the supps atleast by then hoping tomorrow. I will send you some pm's to decide how we figure out our training sessions after I go crush shoulders. This is going to be awesome bro.
