I have read about this in other places. This was the only link I could find though. It can cause stomach bleeding...Just saying, just because it is fish oil doesn't mean you can take 30 grams of it a day be sure it is safe. On the contrary it will most likely do more HARM than good.

Best advice I can suggest in terms of healthy omega fat intake is mix in a variety of 3,6, and 9's by taking liquid flax oil (economical) and taking some fish oil (2-6, say) caps daily. These are really key for BB'ers, for sure, just not in super mega dosages. Borage oil is also an awesome supp, and olive oil is fantastic too, just not as rich in the omegas.

Interesting. They don't list the 'overdose' amount or lethal dose (LD50). But like it says above they recommend 2-4 grams of EPA/DHA per day. That would equal out to about 16-40 grams of fish oil per day depending on which brand you use. The lower quality brands have less EPA/DHA. I take Carlsons finest liquid oil at 16 grams (4 teaspoons) per day. Since I've been doing so I gained a couple pounds of muscle in 2 months. My BF% went down 1% and my mood/concentration has been much better. My cholesterol also dropped about 5%. This's with no other changes to my diet or exercise program.
