NEOGENIX INTRAFUSE REVIEW
I asked Shaun for a bottle of this to try, for a while now I have been using
VPX NO-Synthesize immediately PWO, followed by my standard protein/oats shake
post workout 20 to 30 minutes later. Shaun was nice enough to send me a
bottle of fruit punch for free, which I greatly appreciated, so thanks Shaun!
I feel the immediate rush of bcaa's and fast acting proteins are most
essential immediate post workout, rather than intra so I always use these
sorts of products immediately after, not intra. I've tried intra several
times with no-synthesize, xtend, etc. but find immediate pwo much better. So
needless to say, I used Intrafuse immediate PWO.
TASTE- Can't say enough about this, I have said it various times in several
threads, hands down one of the best fruit punch flavored supplements on the
market. It has a very candy like fruit punch flavor, but a soft, satisfying
flavor, not bold and strong. When I mix it, it is more of a pink red, rather
than red as well.
PACKAGING- Like usual for Neogenix, it carries the same black glossy,
stand-out appearance that is instantly attractive. I love the tall, skinny
tubs. They even put a scooper with a very large handle so those who have big
hands don't have to worry about squeezing there hands in the tub to get the
last bit out.
EFFECTIVENESS- Okay, the most important part. This product did exactly what
is should but tasted great doing sore. It helped eliminate my soreness and
did not sit in my stomach and make me feel sick, bloated, etc. It was very
light and refreshing as stated above. I love how it drastically reduced my
DOMS daily. It's not an energy supplement so you are not going to feel a
whole lot, but normally if I train chest, by the time I do shoulders, my chest
still hurts making shoulder presses painful; this took care of that.
For an intra, or post-workout product, this supplement worked awesome. I ran
it with 3 scoops to get the dosage that I desire. I think most could use two
scoops though. This is def a product I will continue to buy. I've been using
N0-synthesize and the new Size ON. Creatine, I could care less about, I
respond to mono so to add that to intrafuse, it makes it most cost effective
for me, I just care about the protein and amino's which this has exactly what
I want. Price is just right IMO as well!
