    Forged Burner

I have been taking Forged Burner almost two months. The problem is, I seem to have built up a tolerance to two caps a day. Any suggestions on how to get the effectiveness back that I had when I first started taking it?

Cycle off stimulants for a month. It's tough, but the Central Nervous System requires a break from time to time. Also beta-receptors need a break too, they desensitize over time and stimulation.

It is tough, like you say, because on Forged Burner I was able to get up earlier with more energy, could do morning cardio, had more clean energy and focus than in years. I was getting up 3-4 hours earlier each day, and felt more rested along with IGF-2 from AppNut.

You will build a tolerance to stimulants over time, and they will lose effectiveness. The only thing you can do is give yourself a break. A month is probably a good time to wait. After that you can go back on Forged Burner and get the same great effects as when you first started taking it.

I planned to take a break from it anyways to run Epi/Katana, but I didn't want to be "flat" going into the cycle. Was hoping to have the same level of energy and focus.

At least for me...there are no need for stimulants on EPI. It gives all the drive and focus I need!
