I have a number of items I want to runn for a cycle starting soon. My goal is to drop bodyfat while retaining/gaining mass/strength. The fat loss is top proirity for summer. This is what I have:
- Katanadrol v2
- Deiselbolon v2
- liquid clen
- forged bromo
- Forma stanzol
- Arom-x (AMS)
I would really appreciate feedback on dosing of this for my goals. This is not my first cycle and i am 5'8 165lbs@ 12-13%bf.

how many cycles have you ran?? Your going to need a SERM for PCT. Are you planning on running a ReComp cycle?

only 1 cycle, and i can get a SERM, would you recommend clomid or nolva?

either or, doesnt really matter. Both are good.
1 cap 3 times a day (4wks)
The Katandrol will be the cutting PH, DVB 2.0 will bulk you up. Read Unreal Machine's guide to how to run a recomp cycle. You will find the info you need to reach your goals

Drop the Arom-X, acquire SERM.
Clen can be run with Forged Burner and Alpha-T2, just be sure to not take the Forged with the Clen. I'd do Clen first thing AM, then use the Forged for appetite suppression (where it really shines) during the day. The Alpha-T2 can act similar to T3 to boost metabolism in addition to the Clen/Burner thermogenic effects. You'll be a fat burning oven on this stack, with the addition of Katanadrol, that's shred city!
Make sure your diet is on point though, keep it slightly above maintenance on workout days (200-300 cal) and slightly below maintenance (200-300cal) on off days. Keep protein high (~250g) from whole foods, 10-12oz tuna/chicken/turkey/lean beef couple times a day and egg whites, while keeping carbs low (especially refined wheats, breads, etc.). I mainly use sweet potatoes/brown rice/oats as carb sources in addition to veggies when cutting or recomping. This will help fill you up and give you better quality aminos over a longer period of time. I try to cut out shakes on a recomp (dairy all together actually), but only take 1 shake if necessary and it's powdered egg whites with casein.
Food/calories will be the single biggest determinant of success recomping.
I'd also add in some LISS cardio, 30 minutes a day, 4-5x a week to start. Best to do it fasted in the AM, or immediately after weights. I do treadmill 3mph at 12% incline, that works real nice at targeting fat and preserving muscle.

I now have all of the above supplies, what would you guys recommend for directions on takking it all. I was thinkin katana upon waking and 6 hours later while deisel pre workout. Also should it be on a empty stomach?

I would also throw in T3 because that thing works wonders and S4 on pct. They are pretty cheap and you can PM me...

P.S. don't go over 75mg on T3...trust me it's not worth it. That thing is super strong and when I'm off cycle I only use 25-35mg of it...srs!
You don't need to taper on or off PCT from what I've read and tried.

If you use a SARM in pct, use Osta. S4 is suppressive.

Osta is also mildly suppressive and effects estrogen. I wouldnt use osta for PCT.
