This is gonna be the first time I actually give it 110%.
Ive always had an image of how I "should look" and by never giving it my all I could never be disappointed in myself for coming up short of expectations.
So this is it, do or die time. It doesnt matter if I win or lose because when its over I will have achieved self satisfaction.
Im bringing my all and truly believe I will be the dark horse of this competition.

So I'm going to be eating:
400+ grams of protein daily
300+ grams of carbs daily
I have a strict budget so carbs will be oatmeal and rice
Protein will be whey isolate, eggs, tuna, and chicken breast
My training will be a modified DC approach for 2 weeks, may sound dumb but here goes
Monday: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Back thickness and Back width
Tuesday: Biceps, Forearms, Calves, Hamstrings and Quads
Wednesday: repeat Monday
Thursday: repeat Tuesday
Friday: repeat Monday
Saturday: Repeat Tuesday or off
1-2 warm ups sets each muscle, followed by 1 heavy rest pause set for 12-15 followed by muscle stretch. Thats it.
Will see how I feel, May need to stick to actual DC Monday/Wednesday/Friday but we'll try it out and see how it goes. Obviously if Im sore Ill have to stick to Monday/Wednesday/Friday.
Thinking of 2 month bulk and 1 month 400+ protein and less than 100 carbs a day.

Good luck to you man. you do have a great base to work from. Bulk up a tad, and shed a little BF, and I can see where there would be a great transformation bro.

So tonight was the first workout in about 2 months, always a terrible feeling lol. Being smaller and weaker than you remember yourself being just sucks.
Not sure if Im strong enough to do a DC type of training so we'll see how the next few weeks pan out.

If I drink it too fast I definitely get flushed for about a half hour, pretty hardcore stuff.
I'm sore all over from last night so Im pretty happy. Not going to go into exact details of what I'll be running but you guys better be busting your asses in the gym lol

So hopefully I had a good workout tonight lol, will be able to tell tomorrow morning.
Slowly increasing my carbs/protein so hitting my goals each day should be easy come contest time.

Feeling real sore from last night, and hopefully tonight's workout will have me sore in the morning.
This is going to be a boring log lol
Im not crazy strong but we'll see what I can do.

My recovery time has been about 3 days so far. Hit chest Monday, sore till Friday. This is likely from being inactive for a few months. I really like DC thus far, I never really lift heavy or push myself to the max and with DC I'm surely going to be hitting weight I wouldn't normally try.
Thanks to a site DW mentioned, fitday, my daily intake of food is just under 5,500 cals, Fat 166g Carbs 577g Protein 530g.
Ive never taken in this amount of food before but I'll have supplements helping me synthesize it all

celltech hardcore 500mg weekly
1g Nac daily
1g Milk thistle daily
Nolvedex xt daily at .50mg for estrogen control
Gakic 20mg daily
Leuikic 90mg daily
Nitrotech hardcore 90mg daily
Nanovapor 30mg daily
ECA will be used at some point
Clen + T3 will be used at some point
For PCT im gonna run
Tribulus at 100mg for 2 weeks then 50mg for 2 weeks
ZMA at 40mg for 2 weeks then 20mg for 2 weeks
I call it the GNC stack
