    Lift very heavy yet not sore next day ?

    I've come to Realise that PAIN=GAIN Haha funny but true just don't know anymore

  4. When is last time you incorporated a deload or week off? I always get crazy sore after a deload week. You could also try changing things up - instead of always lifting heavy try to do some higher rep sets with heavy weight. For example - instead of squatting 315 for sets of 8, use 225 or 275 for sets of 12-15.

  5. Sometime a do 100 squats with 95lbs, I get sore from that !!

  6. New exercises, Volume training, decreased rest between sets etc..
    Challenge yourself more.

    that's amazing. I am 50 and have not going in the same direction, but been turning it around in the past few months.

  10. Not as much as before. our bodies adapt pretty fast. What you need to is change your workout routine.

    What helps me get sore is burning out after lifting heavy! also try super-stets and less break times.

    so ill do my regular bench-press routine (5 sets 10-12 reps heavy) then ill add a burn outset of 30 or 40 reps, your chest will get an insane pump!

    I also make my own pre-workout which gives me insane endurance...do all that and I promise you will get sore!
