  1. Rate my physique + what to focus on


    Hey Guys,
    this is my first post on anabolic minds, so hello everyone
    Haven't been lifting seriously for quite a while now, started gym and cutting a week ago, low carb diet, to burn off the fat nips ;p
    Below I've included some basic stats, plus pictures. Personally i think i should focus on increasing size of my delts and calves, but i would love to hear other peoples opinion
    Age 25
    Weight 192.2lbs
    Total gym experience 3years on and off
    Most recent PR's
    Deadlift 405lbs x3
    Squar 315lbs x3
    Bench 225lbs x3
    Barbell shoulder press 145lbs x3

  3. Try gaining some muscle! Would recommend a lean bulk. I would focus on chest a bit too, 2-3 times a week.

  4. Great physique so far. I don't know what your goal is powerlifting or bodybuilding but if training for bodybuilding you should be doing no reps lower than 6. I would say work on delts, lats, calves, and the outer sweep of your quads. Good luck!

  6. Good base mate. Overall bulk with greater emphasis on building the quads/calves is my 2 cents

  7. Focus on building strength in compound movements while in a caloric surplus.
