  1. Loose skin

    My workout partner has lost around 80lbs since we started training with each other. 380 down to the 300 mark. Hes packed on muscle and toned up quite a bit. Hes curious how he can tone up some of the loose skin. Its not bad he has just come so far
    . any hints out there from anyone who has had the same situation..thanks

  2. Many congrats to your partner! Age is going to play into this a good bit. I started dropping lbs in my mid-30s and now 5-6 years later everything is pretty tight except my stomach. It has tightened up noticably, but I think at my age I'll always have some extra skin there.

    That being said, the best thing I've found to do is stay hydrated (at least a gallon of liquid a day) and keep the loose skin moisturized. Moisture is key to that stuff tightening back up!

  3. Age is a big factor and skin elasticity. Taking supplements too support that may help. But for certain people... surgery is the only way to truly lose unsightly loose skin.
