I'm curious about others on this subject. We all know after dieting for 12,16,myself 20 weeks,that once the day of the comp has come and gone,you are ****in ready for some food. Now after a show I literally ALWAYS suffer from mental issues of seeing the body change into a bloated cow look. I myself think we deserve a good meal after the show and 1-2 days tops of eating what you please,then jumping right back on your diet+some cardio until your body regulates. Just would like to know what other competitors plans for themselves after shows are. If I don't give myself a limit of 1-2 days I will be a glutton in no time.
