Hi I started training gain after 8 years I did let my self go so have done a week cardio loss a stone it just dropped of then 3 weeks of intense training I have put on just over a stone eating all the right stuff brown rice egg whites oats loads of fish I'm just about to start protein powder and creatine but have started to get stretch marks on forearms and under biceps my body has jumped straight back in to it with some nice gains but would like to no what people use to get ride of them stretch marks
