Adding more mass

Just want some people to give me some Different ways to put on more mass I'm 250 but I'm not fat but but stocky

Lose 10lbs of fat and it will appear you gained 20lbs of muscle..

What's your routine now?

1st day legs chest back abs cardio and 2nd day biceps triceps and shoulders cardio

I'd try a 4 day split..
Emphasis on compound lifts..
Heavy 5-8 reps...

This is what I use.. Arm days don't exist for me... Cardio kept to 3 sessions at 30minutes moderately..
Just to help keep the excess fat off..
Eat for your goals.. Id try and get all of my calories from my food..

3 weeks Heavy 5-8 reps
1 week Light 15-20 reps

Also try and vary your sessions as much as possible.. I wouldn't lift more than 2 days in a row either..

I like doing it 4 days a week straight and having 3 days off because I get lazy on the weekends and I'm 250 but I don't look 250 I have
More muscle density then fat I just wanna add more mass and thAnks for the tip...
