Ifyou are a iron addict!! how can i start i just started lifting weights its been two months without any diets eating clean counting calories only. I've been reading and learning more about nutrition and bodybuilding. I started a 40/40/20 split to start its been a month solid I'm seeing results and loving the sport all natural. I take isolated syntha 6, amino acids muscle Pharm, animal pack vitamins. Eating really clean basically the same thing in a daily basic with one cheat meal ounce a week. Ive been trying to learn the most i can and i love it i really whant to get fit and have a six pack make it a life style. So if eney ones have eney info on ur successs or how to improve,technics, diets, etc... Can you-all share it, please I'm new to this thanks..
