1. You're not 4%

3. Genetics

I don't know man a bod pod has amazing accuracy. It's a 50 thousand dollar machine
I won't believe it unless I see the test results.

Highest I'm at now 5 in case the bod pod was a percent off but those things are incredible

Probably the reason why I'm not as big as I wanna be haha
I won't even think about stepping near a bod pod until my progressive cut is over but those machines are awesome and never inaccurate. Just sucks because usually when you think your BF is at 8 percent it ends up being higher. My main issue is water retention because of creatine but the main factor is the antidepressant I take Lexapro

Drinking water will help with dehydration, not dryness. Dehydration is lack of water, dryness is a lack of oil.

Your moisturizer might not contain enough moisturizing ingredients. You should be looking for ceramides, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, fatty alcohols (like cetearyl alcohol) and glycerin. Possibly petrolatum too. I find most moisturizers usually just contain the basic glycerin, petrolatum and maybe an oil or two. Sounds like you need more.
