Hey guys, I'm starting to worry. Im 27 days out from my contest and I'm still have 4-6 lb. To lose. Im 5'10 162lb. I want to get down to 2.5% bf. My nutrition is
Breakfast: 10 exhibited, 2 egg yolks, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 1: protien shake just whey and water 50g protien
Meal 2: 5 oz chicken breast, 5oz brown rice
Meal 3 protien shake just whey and water 50g of protien
Meal 4:5oz chicken breast, 5 oz brown rice
Meal 5: 5 oz chicken breast, 5oz brown rice
Meal 6:casein shake just casien and water.
Water intake: 1 gallon of water
Supplements: multi. Vitamin, fat burner, glucosamine
Cardio: session 1 fasted HIIT training for 30 min.
Session 2 continuous cardio for 30 min.
Sleep 8 hours.
Is there anything I can add or anything I'm doing wrong. That will help me be ready by my contest.
