    How am i doing?


    Started at 155 skin and bones, I'm up to 192. What do I need to work on most to improve my physique? Any and all advice appreciated. I'm 6'1" by the way

    Congrats on the gain and lookin' good dude.
    Not sure what all (exercises) you have been doing to get where you are at, but keep up the good work.
    Lastly, IMO to stay balanced stronger and largest overall, concentrate on your biggest muscle groups ie: legs, hips, back, chest, shoulders, then arms etc. etc. with the big compound exercises squats, deads, leg press, rows/chins, OHP's, BP's, shrugs, core work, curls/extensions...

    Thanks man, it's been a 2 and a half year process of learning and hard work, but I'm still always looking for ways to improve. And that's the main thing I've been focusing on lately, I've been putting a lot of effort into my compound movements, and using isolations only toward the end to burn out. Thanks for the help man!
