  1. Hey man, I know it's not what you wanna hear but regardless of how "clean" your food choices are your daily caloric intake should still be tracked when trying to lean out. In my experiences, I personally tend to consume way more than I realize when I'm not really paying attention to my intake. Especially nuts, holy cow is it easy for me to over eat nuts. But you got this man just stay consistent

    I hear that on the nuts! I used to binge on those things like no other.. All the trader Joes mixes! Haven't had them in the house in over a year.
