  11. You say you're all natural? How long have you been cutting for, how long have you been training and how old are you?

  12. I'm gonna get flack from people for this but I'm not sure you're natural. Wow for going from 13 percent bodyfat at 2300 calories a day to 4 percent you sure kept a **** load of mass lol. All that vascularity as well, believe me getting to that low percent of bodyfat would have you extremely weak as a natural lifter even with a refeed your body would go into starvation mode and start taking pounds away from your muscle. not to mention you're actually competing so the chances of you not being natural increase even more. Many bodybuilders begin stalling out when they hit the 8 percent bf range but you keep going down. I'm just not sure at this point. I mean look at Flex Wheeler now he's all natural and you look better then be does lol. If you're natural then oh well just take this as a compliment. So many people lie these days its hard to tell

  13. I know this guy pretty well personally and I'm pretty damn sure he's all natural, he is extremely regimented and sticks to his diet and training.....and is pushing harder in the gym now

  22. So you went from 153 to 152.3 and gained mass? You look bigger and more vascular than you did in the first video. After 13 yrs of training gaining lean mass becomes that much harder. But you're claiming to be natural? Quit lying to everyone dude. You're trying to help natty lifters but you aren't helping them at all. At you're age plus 13 yrs of training you are not building muscle and losing fat without hormonal help

    Dude is disiplined none the less. Even if he wasn't natty it takes work to do what he's done

    But his metabolic capacity must be through the roof making his mps high and caloric expenditure high with his high protein heavy ass lifting and proper supplementation it's possible.

    There's a coach skip. He routinely recomps his clients to this nature

    I agree.It is hard to that natty. If he is for real more power to him.

    Ok...but he's competing in a natural bodybuilding show. He would never admit it if he was juicing. I did however watch the video where he talks about his supplementation. He said multi vitamin, BCAA's and protein. Now come man! He's taking SOMETHING ELSE to get that ripped and in his one video he's eating ****ing cocoa puffs and shyt. No training vids, no diet vids nothing just shots of his body. I don't for a second believe this crap. I remember talking to Kris gethin on Facebook. He told me he's gone from 200 lbs to 205 in a very lengthy amount of time so there's no way he can be juicing. Now if you see Kris gethins starting pics it becomes pretty ****ing obvious. Not to mention there are plenty of drugs that aren't even steroids that get the job done but I'm so sick of this bullshyt. People get off telling others they're natty when they're not.
